Forge runs lean. We embed senior designers, researchers, and strategists (L4 to L8) into client teams for project-based engagements. Our roster has shipped at Coinbase, Roblox, Instacart, AWS, Salesforce, Robinhood, and DoorDash. We’re not hiring full-time, but we’re always meeting the right people. Project-based engagements, embedded in client teams. Most run 3 to 12 months. You report to the client; we handle staffing, contracting, and delivery support.
Senior practitioners (L4 to L8) with FAANG or top-startup-caliber experience. Product Design, Design Systems, UX Research, Brand, Content, and adjacent disciplines.
We read every submission. If your background fits a current or upcoming brief, we’ll reach out within a couple weeks. Otherwise you’ll stay in the pool, which we revisit constantly as new client work comes in.
